IPI was founded by Ken Weiner, a real estate broker and syndication specialist with 40 years of experience in the Southwest region. Having managed a number of properties owned by his investment groups, Ken takes a different approach to third-party property management. He treats each property as if he were the owner, paying close attention to the fine details.
