Ken Weiner, President
Ken Weiner is the president and founder of both IPI Property Management and its parent company, Income Property Investors. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations.
In his 40 years in the real estate industry, Ken has been involved in brokerage, property management, and investment group formation. His areas of expertise include multi-family housing, manufactured housing communities, and self-storage. In addition, he has managed over four dozen commercial properties and has formed numerous LLC partnerships for investment purchases. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from San Diego State University.
Benjamin Weiner, Property Manager
Benjamin Weiner is Ken’s eldest son. He assists with the oversight of daily operations at IPI and works closely with owners, tenants, and vendors. Ben is an experienced property manager, having previously managed a portfolio of over 500 rental units in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is very familiar with Fair Housing guidelines and regularly attends seminars to keep up-to-date with local housing laws. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM).
Karie Weller, Accounting Services
Karie is the primary bookkeeper for IPI Property Management. She has nearly twenty years of experience in the third-party management industry, as both an accountant and as a property manager. Her unique background allows her to understand the company’s daily operations on a deeper level. Karie is able to prioritize accounting tasks in a practical manner, creating a better experience for clients and tenants. She is extremely thorough and isn’t afraid to keep her property managers in line. No small detail gets past Karie!
